A new hand to increase level of your knowledge, Just like you guys I used to be a student thinking what is php, how to use it and the biggest question,, do I really need to learn php????
Just the way I started I am gonna give you little push toward php just to make it interesting for you, and rest is on you as everyone learns from his or her own experience..
What things you should already know if you are going for this tutorial series….
• Html – knowledge of html is needed.
• It will ease to understand basic concept of php if you have your basic programming language concept clear.
So starting from its php, that stands for php hypertext preprocessor, it’s a server side scripting language.
And now you must be thinking what the hell is this server side scripting language, do I need to go there on server’s actual location to write code or someone gonna verify my code before I am gonna put it on server???
Actually php is just server side scripting language, what it means that your php code would not be available for user of the web page, like you can simply view code of a html page remembering doing that by right click on web page and clicking on view page source.
For normal definition of php, go to the homesite www.php.net , what you can find here is the standard definition of php, why it is used, and other links or news related to php. You can look for documentation, where you can search for keyword you gonna use in php.
